The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on Art of Silver. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.
General
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
Description of Goods
Many of the products we sell are of a descriptive nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the products. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. Full detailed specifications are available from the manufacturer's brochures or their websites.
Accuracy of Product Information
All product specifications, images and other information published on our website have either been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturers, publications, publicists, or been gathered from public-domain sources. The intention of Art of Silver.co.uk is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, Art of Silver.co.uk cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual.
Payment and Price
The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. All prices on our website are exclusive of VAT and delivery charges that will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and Switch. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorization of your credit card has been properly received. You may also pay by cheque or postal order although we cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared which can take at least 10 days.
Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them.
Delivery Charges in UK
All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges which will be added to the price of the products at our checkout.

Standard Delivery Times
UK Delivery of products (stock items) will normally be made within 5-7 working days from clearance of payment. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If we or our suppliers are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and you should allow up to 30 days for dispatch of the goods. For delays of more than 30 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods.
Worldwide deliveries will take up to 30 days to be delivered.
Risk
As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods should be conveyed to us as soon as possible after the delivery.
Time Limitation for Notification of Claims
Damage in transit: If goods arrive in a damaged condition, if possible make a note on the consignment note, or inform us as soon as possible after the delivery.
Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 10 days from delivery.
In-Correct Goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of any in-correct goods supplied within 7 days from delivery.
Product Guarantees
All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Manufacturer's Guarantee for their stated period. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. In addition routine maintenance, consumables, cosmetic damage is not covered. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled up to 7 working days after the day on which you have received your order, please inform us by post or email. To inform us of cancellations by email send to sales@artofsilver.co.uk stating ''order cancellation'' as the subject and include all correspondence. Cancelled orders will be refunded in full; this does not include any return shipping costs that you incur.
Faulty Goods
Products that are deemed faulty can be returned for replacement, credit or refund for all on-line website purchases. Any orders with faulty goods sent out in error will be refunded in full including the original shipping costs of returning the items to us. As soon as the fault is identified please inform us by email at sales@artofsilver.co.uk stating ''faulty goods'' as the subject and stating your preferred choice of action on the returns form; then return the goods to us and we will take care of things for you. Where an error has occurred a replacement can be sent very quickly.
This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.
Disputes
Any disputes between us will be governed by the non- exclusive law and jurisdiction of the English Courts.
